POSB Rod End Bearing Description

The POSB Series (external thread) is a maintenance-required rod end bearing with a bronze bushing and imperial specifications. Specifically designed to adapt to overseas imperial equipment and export machinery, it is equipped with left-hand or right-hand imperial threads. The rod end body is made of medium carbon steel with environmentally friendly zinc plating, and the outer ring is inlaid with a bronze bushing. It adopts a steel/bronze sliding pair; the ball is made of heat-treated bearing steel (hardness HRC 58-62) with hard chrome plating. The entire series is equipped with lubrication holes/grease nipples. Strictly adhering to imperial size standards, the product features precise thread accuracy and mounting dimensions that perfectly match overseas imperial equipment. The self-lubricating and dry friction-resistant bronze bushing makes it suitable for medium-high load, regularly maintainable external linkage scenarios in imperial equipment, serving as a preferred accessory for export machinery and overseas equipment maintenance.
