The SI T/K female rod end bearing is a precision-manufactured, maintenance-free rod end bearing with internal threads (left-hand or right-hand available), specifically designed for internal linkage connections in equipment. It adopts a steel/polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite sliding pair. The ball is made of heat-treated bearing steel (hardness HRC 58-62) with hard chrome plating, the outer ring is brass, and the rod end body is made of medium carbon steel with environmentally friendly zinc plating. The integrated self-lubricating structure eliminates the need for regular grease injection. The four-piece core design significantly enhances impact resistance, enabling stable bearing of tensile and compressive loads on internal equipment linkages. If the thread is left-hand (LH), the letter "L" must be appended to the bearing designation, e.g., SIL 18 T/K.
For bearings made of stainless steel, add the prefix “S” to the model designation, e.g., SSI8 T/K.
