The rod end body is equipped with left-hand (LH) or right-hand (RH) internal threads. The steel ball is encased in an injection-molded nylon liner and press-fitted into the rod end body. Suitable for high load, high-frequency oscillation, and impact applications.

KFX Series Rod End Bearing Description

The KFX Series is a maintenance-free rod end bearing with internal threads (left-hand/right-hand available). It features an injection-molded nylon liner pressed into the rod end body, eliminating the need for regular grease injection. The rod end body is made of alloy steel with chrome plating for a polished finish and high strength. The ball is constructed from heat-treated bearing steel (hardness HRC 58-62) with hard chrome plating. Strictly adhering to inch dimension standards, it ensures precise thread accuracy and seamless assembly with overseas inch-equipment. Ideal for high-load, high-frequency oscillation and impact applications, it delivers reliable performance and long service life for heavy-duty automation and construction machinery.
