The rod end body is equipped with left-hand (LH) or right-hand (RH) internal threads. Composed of rod end body and self-lubricating radial spherical plain bearing GE..UK or GE..ET 2RS. The rod end body is zinc-plated.
The SI..C/SI..ET 2RS Series is a double-sealed precision rod end bearing with internal threads. Equipped with left-hand or right-hand internal threads, it is specifically designed for internal linkage connections in equipment requiring high precision and high sealing performance, widely used in automated equipment, precision machine tools, auto parts, and other scenarios. The ball is made of high-quality bearing steel, subjected to deep quenching and precision grinding (hardness HRC 58-62) with hard chrome plating on the surface. The outer ring is brass, and the rod end body is made of medium carbon steel with environmentally friendly zinc plating. Larger specifications can be equipped with a 2RS double rubber seal ring, offering excellent sealing performance to effectively prevent grease leakage and impurity ingress. Combined with a self-lubricating PTFE bushing, it is maintenance-free with high transmission precision, capable of stably bearing medium loads and adapting to high-precision linkage requirements.

Tips:
If the thread is left-hand (LH), the letter "L" must be appended to the bearing designation, e.g., SIL6C.
For bearing bore diameter d ≥ 35, the ET 2RS (sealed) design is required.
