This POS Rod End Bearing is a Male Rod End Bearing with left-hand (LH) or right-hand (RH) external threads. The outer race is lined with a bronze liner. The rod end body is zinc-plated and equipped with a lubrication hole or grease nipple for regular oil lubrication.

POS Rod End Bearing Description

The POS Series is a maintenance-required rod end bearing with external threads and a bronze bushing. It is equipped with left-hand or right-hand external threads. The rod end body is made of medium carbon steel with environmentally friendly zinc plating, and the outer ring is inlaid with a bronze bushing. It adopts a steel/bronze sliding pair; the ball is made of heat-treated bearing steel (hardness HRC 58-62) with hard chrome plating. The entire series is equipped with lubrication holes/grease nipples. The self-lubrication and dry friction resistance of the bronze bushing make it suitable for medium-high load, low-speed, and regularly maintainable external linkage scenarios in equipment. The external threads allow direct and secure fastening with internal threaded holes on equipment frames and connectors. With its compact structure, moderate cost, and easy assembly, it is a cost-effective solution for external linkages in general machinery and light industrial equipment.

Tips:
If the thread is left-hand (LH), the letter "L" must be appended to the bearing designation, e.g., POSL 8.
For bearings made of stainless steel, add the prefix “S” to the model designation, e.g., SPOS 8.
